Aira Mitsuki’s China Discotica was released on March 5th, 2008. It’s her 2nd single.
China Discotica is soooo much better than Colorful Tokyo Sounds NO.9, IMO. It’s so fun and upbeat, you can’t help but dance to it. I really like the synthy beeps and the heavy beat. Aira’s voice is vocodery.. and you can DEFINATELY tell she has a lisp. xD Oh well. The music has such a nice, playful atmosphere. I also like the way she says “plashteek, fantashteek.”
ROMANTIC ROPE is like kinda like Candy Light Mode in the sense that it’s a LOT less synthy and is slower. Aira’s voice isn’t as distorted and she sounds great. I really like the way she sings the chorus. The music is mainly a beat with beepy sounds in it.
The Substance remix of China Discotica is really cool sounding. It takes out almost all the synth and makes it sound spacey, which I always like. The vocals are rearranged, meaning that the parts come up in a different order. Great remix!
And of course you can forget the digital mp-3 mastering ver. of China Discotica. To me it sounds like it’s not as fuzzy and scratchy sounding, but that could be me. But otherwise it’s the same song.
Overall Grade:

I’ve heard nothing but good stuff being said about her thus far.
Thanks for the upload! Will try her out!

WHAT?!?!?!
You prefer this to Tokyo Sounds? REALLY?
Oh, well, to each their own. She’s definitely a great artist so far, so hopefully her album’s good too.
